Phanatic Grooms Cake!

 This grooms cake was made for my friend, and former roommate, Sarah to give to her fiancé, Dan, at their rehearsal dinner. The waving pennant sports their wedding date, and the back of the jersey has the couple's new last name. The cake was so much fun to make! I wish Sarah and Dan an eternity of happiness! Congratulations!

Butterfly Garden Party!

For her very special 2nd birthday, my daughter had a butterfly garden party. Since we couldn't be outside due to the rain, we brought the outside in with her cake. It was a butterfly-bird house perched above a nice bed of (real) grass. The butterflies were all edible too! The cake was a fresh strawberry cake with cream cheese filling. Christening Cake

This cake was for my nephew's christening. It is a 3 tier white butter cake with cannoli cream filling. The cake is covered with a buttercreme flavored fondant that was quilted and tufted with edible pearls. The monogram plate and roses are handmade with white chocolate and the cross and bows were hand-sculpted with gumpaste.
